Synopsis
Parasite movie follows the social stratification in Korean society depicted by two different families. The Kims are used to living in a poverty spending their lives in a small semi-basement apartment. One day, the eldest son, Ki Woo, gets a job as a private tutor for daughter of Park family. Park family comes from wealthy family background with high social status. The conflict rises when Ki Woo tries to make his family members working for Park family. First, Ki Jung enters the house as an art therapist for the youngest son of Park family. Following it, he manipulates some facts in order to get his parents in. His father, Ki Taek, becomes private chauffeur while his mother, Chung Sook, is hired as a housekeeper.
