Jun was born and grew up in Shenzhen, China.
His family consists of mother, father, and a younger brother (Wen Yang Yang, born 2006).
He is the sub vocalist and lead dancer of SEVENTEEN as well as part of SEVENTEEN’s performance team.
Jun graduated from Buji Senior High School in his hometown Shenzhen.
Before coming to Korea to be a trainee at Pledis, Jun was a child actor since he was 2.
