Synopsis

When Flowers Bloom I Think of the Moon follows the life during Joseon Dynasty period when liquor is strictly prohibited. Nam Young is an inspector who comes to Hanyang for success and fame. His mission is to inspect people who break liquor prohibition law. He is physically attractive and principal man. Meanwhile, Kang Ro Seo comes from poor noble family background. Due to family financial problem, she has to be a breadwinner. In contrast to Joseon’s liquor prohibition law, she earns money by brewing and selling liquor.
