On November 15th, ATEEZ’s agency, KQ Entertainment, shared an official statement on ATEEZ’s fancafe, “Mingi started to feel psychological anxiety that he had never experienced before, so he notify us about the symptoms, and after visiting the hospital and being examined and diagnosed, he received a recommendation from a specialist that he needs a sufficient rest”.
The agency said, “After having a discussion with Mingi and ATEEZ members, we decided to focus on Mingi’s treatment and recovery. ATEEZ will temporarily promote as a seven-member group”.

Recently, Mingi started to feel psychological anxiety that he had never experienced before, so he notify us about the symptoms, and after visiting the hospital and being examined and diagnosed, he received a recommendation from a specialist that he needs a sufficient rest.
We decided to focus on Mingi’s recovery and treatment after discussing it with ATEEZ members and Mingi himself. Mingi has temporarily taking rest from ATEEZ activities.
ATEEZ will promote as a seven-member group for the time being, and we will inform you about the possibilities of him joining ATEEZ’s future schedules after making a decision through careful discussions including the opinions from experts.
Mingi will focus on recovering his health without any schedule during the suspension from ATEEZ activities, and we will also do our best to help Mingi recover quickly.
