The drama is based on a webtoon of the same name and will be directed by Kim Sang Hyub. He previously worked on a popular teen drama entitled Extraordinary You!
True Beauty tells the story of a high school student who uses makeup to hide her “true appearance”, and a handsome boy who knows the face behind that makeup.
