Member of the boy group EXO and actor D.O. (Do Kyungsoo), will be discharged from the military. The actor will conclude his 20-months long military duty in less than a month.
D.O.’s agency SM Entertainment told Newsen on December 28, “D.O. is currently enjoying his last vacation before his official discharge from the military on January 25th. He will not return to the military base following the guidelines to prevent the spread of Covid-19. They also added, “There will be no separate events held to celebrate his discharge”.
Do Kyungsoo joined the army last year and continued his military service faithfully. He was placed in the Capital Mechanized Infantry Division as a chef in the army.
D.O. made his debut as an EXO member as well as an actor and was loved by fans both domestically and internationally. He has been recognized for his acting skills in various works such as SBS’s drama ‘It’s Okay, That’s Love’, tvN’s ‘100 Days My Prince’ and the movie ‘Swing Kids’.
